Frequently Asked Questions

Generally re-mulch when your existing starts to breakdown into your garden. This could be as much as every 8 weeks. Or if it starts to crust break it up with a garden fork and then lay some fresh ones. The goal is to protect your soil from extreme temperatures so make sure you aren’t seeing any soil.

Depending on your soil type you may want to add something with gypsum and compost if it is clay. For something that is more of a sandy-loam you may need to thicken it with good soil and compost.

Yes! Our bags are made from a low-density polyethylene material which is able to be recycled. We do suggest you contact your local council or rubbish collection agency to confirm they can accept this product. Ensure you wash the bag prior to recycling.
