- 2 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup, optional depending on sweetness

- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt for added creaminess
- A pinch of salt to enhance flavour
- Fresh mint for garnish
Method
- Add pineapple, coconut milk, coconut water, lime juice and ice to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Taste, then add honey or sweetener if your pineapple is not super sweet.
- Pour into chilled glasses.
